Meg Wilson and Nicole Barakat (both visual and textile artists) collaborated with community and school groups from Blacktown and Western Sydney broadly, for a large-scale installation project over the course of 5 weeks from 4 June- 6 July, 2018.
As part of the project Meg and Nicole used weaving, crocheting, knitting and threading of different materials to make trampoline mats. The finished trampoline mats were attached to trampoline frames sourced from the community and will be exhibited as part of RIGHT HERE. RIGHT NOW.
