Nancy Denis and Kween G in Residence

Nancy and Kween G met whist working on Home Country as a part of the Sydney Festival in 2017. Following on from this, they spent a week in residence researching and developing new material.

Nancy Denis

At the age of three, Nancy began her dance training and has since gone on to secure roles on stage and screen. She has starred opposite Cate Blanchett in the feature film Truth, directed by James Vanderbilt and on the ABC TV series Clevermen opposite Frances O’Connor.

Kween G

Kween G is an MC, performer and hip hop artist renowned for her dynamic style and ‘consciousness-raising content.’ She has over 15 years of experience on radio as a presenter and producer. Kween G is also regularly engaged in community work, embracing the arts to build stronger inter-generational relationship for disadvantaged young people.
