Team Trampoline

01 November —
17 November 2018
Team Trampoline

Team Trampoline is a visual installation and spectacle reflecting Blacktown’s very own backyard.

Further Information

The trampoline frames have come from nearby homes to be rescued from a rusty grave and repainted in bold colours with handcrafted matts made with the help of people from Blacktown and surrounding communities. The trampoline matts reflect Blacktown’s Main Street, with many of the materials sourced right here.

Three performers will take to the arrangement of trampolines and wow audiences with a choreographed display of dance, acrobatics and mock competitiveness. Guided by a mega phone wielding coach the performance will blur the lines between childhood playfulness and the world of professional athletics with the audience providing encouragement from the sidelines.

This event was part of Right Here. Right Now. 2018.
